Does the Nisplay tennis ball machine oscillate/rotate?

The main Nisplay ball machine itself does not oscillate. However, we have created a horizontal Oscillator on which the ball machine can sit and which allows it to oscillate.

Can I use any type of tennis ball in a tennis ball machine?

Nisplay will work with all premium quality standard (yellow) tennis balls including Green and Orange dot balls. Launcher performance when using Green and Orange Balls may be reduced.

Why does the machine move on the court when in use?

If your court has a slippery surface, your machine could move slightly on the court due to recoil when delivering balls.

Why my machine is not sitting stable on the oscillator?

Please make sure you followed the instruction to place the ball machine on the oscillator. Please refer to the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=II7Oq2fqZrs

Can the oscillator time be set or programmed?

Unfortunately, the oscillator's moving time cannot be programmed. It moves horizontally at a constant speed, a full left-to-right move takes about 2 seconds. So if you set your machine FEED time at 1, 2 or 6, it can shoot the ball on the left end and the right end on the court. 

Why my remote controller is not working properly?

If the LED is blinking while you press the RED button on the remote, but the machine is not responding. Most of the case is because the remote battery level is low, replace it with a brand new battery will fix the problem. If the problem is not solving, contact nisplaysports@gmail.com for further support.

Why does the machine is not shooting tennis balls at the same location I set for?

This is mainly because of using a mix of new and old tennis balls, which have different pressure and wear, which can result in inconsistent landings. And it is normal for all tennis ball machines. A simple fix is to replace your ball with all brand-new ones.

Is the machine work with kid's balls like orange dot or green dot balls?

It will work with orange dot and green dot balls. However, it will not work with red balls. The bottom line is that it will work as long as the ball size is the same as the regular tennis ball.

Can this ball machine fit into a 4 door sedan?

Our machine is like a basketball size and can easily fit in any sedan's trunk.

Why does my machine shooting ball so slow? Although I set FEED at the highest?

Please be aware a smaller number on the FEED means faster serving. FEED set a 1 means serving ball at every 1 second, FEED set at 9 means serving ball at every 9 seconds.

Can I use regular tennis balls with the Nisplay Tennis Ball Machine?

Yes, you can use regular tennis balls with the Nisplay Tennis Ball Machine. However, the machine is designed to work best with pressureless tennis balls, as they tend to last longer and produce a more consistent bounce.

Can I use other chargers to charge the battery?

No, we recommend you use the original charger to charge our battery due to safety concerns.

Do you ship to Canada?

To provide better service to our Canadian customers, we charge a reduced rate for shipping to Canada. Please note that customers are responsible for any potential tariffs that may apply. Once you place your order, we will promptly ship it and provide tracking information via email for you to track your delivery and check for tariff information.
